I hope they have been pulling together their eCTD for months now...NDA could happen very fast. We shouldn't count on fast but it is a possibility.

Filed perhaps on a rolling basis, as it appears Anavex have likely been doing as part of sharing the RS-001 and RS-002 results with the FDA.

Then to the next step, it's reasonable to think a NDA for Rett early in 2024?

I would think more likely in H2 2024.
