Interesting points DL. I’ve commented extensively on the NOPAIN ACT, CMS Insurance reimbursement, and the political process here.

>>>…BIEL, are you in position to take advantage of this opportunity? Thus, are you lobbying or otherwise, making your wares known to the pertinent government contact points (i.e., the various government agencies in question, etc.).”<<<

Lobbying takes established connections, know-how/experience, resources, and money. Lots of it. So my take comes from connections first being established with “moneyed/muscled/networked/politically savvy/lobbying savvy, with clinically robust resources and capabilities” by BIEL, or more likely, from “Them” to BIEL- note my prior posts.

Indeed, given the massive money-flow potential of possible CMS reimbursement, I anticipate BIEL being approached by such an influential company, if not already so. And where there’s one interested, they’re more interested, imo.

So whoever ends up connecting with BIEL, that’s the source of the political/lobbying push. Things like the Walter Reed Hospital connection recently…never know where that might lead to. And any biggie prospect interested in BIEL doesn’t want their lunch eaten by their biggie competitors.

“They” might have to duke it out to see who gets to take BIEL to the Dance.

>>>…Maybe if BIEL's shareholders were informed of behind-the-scenes activities of that nature taking place…<<<

Lastly, I think that BIEL solo, or in talks with any government agency or politician via partner/merger/buyout in process with one or more company, should never reveal any such behind the scenes political/lobbying plans or activity. Not even a hint that it even exists.

That is where silence is truly golden. A must.

All imo.
