First Colombia Gold Corp. (FCGD) is a diversified hospital operations and medical facilities holding Company. Historically, the Company managed gold-mining and prospecting operations. That changed on November 25, 2022, when the Company changed its business purpose from gold-mining and prospecting to become a holding company for diversified hospital operations and medical facilities. The Company has acquired UMMC Corp, (www.ummc.care), a Texas based operator of several hospitals and medical facilities, to become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Drugdoctor, yeah I saw that. He must have meant to write 2022. I'm looking forward to an amended version. Most important thing though is the deal is still alive.

There is another stock I'm in where the merging company CEO was criticizing FINRA for taking too long with respect to approvals. I have a feeling the same thing is happening here.
