First Colombia Gold Corp. (FCGD) is a diversified hospital operations and medical facilities holding Company. Historically, the Company managed gold-mining and prospecting operations. That changed on November 25, 2022, when the Company changed its business purpose from gold-mining and prospecting to become a holding company for diversified hospital operations and medical facilities. The Company has acquired UMMC Corp, (www.ummc.care), a Texas based operator of several hospitals and medical facilities, to become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company intends to build upon the UMMC model by making other acquisitions of hospital operations as time and resources permits.
