#629434 RE: Doc logic #629431

Thanks for the reply. It is apparent that accumulating data is moving us on several fronts. You have the P3 results in that is the backbone of the pertinant results and the JAMA article. But, the combo trials seem to be growing exponentially, and it appears that most of them are showing improvement with an array of differing drugs, most of them being in the same category of 'logical combos' that is way beyond my knowledge on the molecular level. But the addition of a form of Dvax increases the non NWBO drugs efficiency. On top of that, it seems that the original Dvax has been tweaked to improve its effect, and also you have Dvax direct, another animal all together. I'm trying to keep up. Another consideration is that other brain or non brain cancer drugs by competitors that have NOT done a combo trial are itching to combine their less promising drugs with Dvax after seeing the stellar results with Keytruda, and others. Now I am no scientist, but there are several other reasons why even competing companies would like to see what a combo trial will do to improve any other drugs efficiency. As these all come to fruition, NWBO seems to be figuring out what works best in what form, thus making Dvax more potent in combo trials. Forgive me if this is not organized well, I am on painkillers for an incrediblty painful pinched nerve on my ass, the almighty piriformis muscle, hard to treat but hurts like a knife that is being turned and thrust deeper every second. I guess my point is that there is a lot going on that even the smartest person on this board cannot fathom or gather under one coherent thought, and that is a good thing. I believe that the first really digestible and stock moving news will be followed by, and planed for by NWBO to be a plethora of outstanding needle moving statements regrading efficiency in combo trials, new trials, future trials, soft and hard tumor plans of attack, and any number of unforseen data points uncovered and presented in a way that accelerates the disemination of NWBO's drug and all its many possibilities. Our competitors will have to become collaborators as they will see that NWBO will help XYX become a better cancer fighter. It is exciting if not frustrating due to the time elapsed from beginning to end, but once the first bit of undeniable news hits, it will be followed by much more into a growing awareness of Dvax and its potentials. So the first tidal wave of news I believe will be followed by many larger waves and confirmation by the other companies in the combo trails that THIS ALL WORKS WELL TOGETHER. I hope this all makes sense as I attempt to gather my thoughts while trying to manage the pain literally in my ass.
