A thoughtful and thorough explanation. We don't see much of that on ihub. Usually just a bunch of howler monkeys hurling their crap at each other.

yes, of course.like the 230 M dilution 2023.
The future will tell and I already know how it will end.
You can compare it by December 2023 at the latest

On May 27th, 2023 the AS had to be increased because OS was maxed out.
On September 2nd, 2023 the OS were maxed out again and therefore the AS were increased again.
Who believes the fairy tale? only for mergers etc. a nice joke

yes chartmaster like a genius at BDPT. haha

Thank u for wording it so clearly. Think that people misunderstand the use of restricted shares, particularly. ;)

The 3 billion authorized shares creates room for mergers and acquisitions. I believe that situation is about to happen with this stock. Management has already hinted such.

Folks here need to realize that shares issued in exchange for assets that produce revenues, and operating income, should not be considered dilution, but instead be considered shares exchanged for company growth

OTC is showing the change as of today. 1.16 billion are now in the restricted and the unrestricted went under minimal change. You are likely correct. There will probably be news of a merger or acquisition very soon

I expect a news release at any time with information of such a merger/acquisition for $AAPJ. At that point the stock price will soar out of sub pennies
