OTC is showing the change as of today. 1.16 billion are now in the restricted and the unrestricted went under minimal change. You are likely correct. There will probably be news of a merger or acquisition very soon

The 3 billion authorized shares creates room for mergers and acquisitions. I believe that situation is about to happen with this stock. Management has already hinted such.

Folks here need to realize that shares issued in exchange for assets that produce revenues, and operating income, should not be considered dilution, but instead be considered shares exchanged for company growth.

I expect a news release at any time with information of such a merger/acquisition for $AAPJ. At that point the stock price will soar out of sub pennies
