BIEL is done and going nowhere, except where it is now. They have no money, no distribution network in place, NOTHING. The OEM deals aren't bringing in much money. BIEL is finished.

Ok, I'll give you that --- after '2 times' rolling has failed. And if it fails again, what is the saying? Three strikes, your OUT!

But honestly, this is a TWENTY year failure! Yes, never profitable and till it IS, this will continue to be a failure. The financials are all that really matters to the market and investors. There will never be any serious money invested here until that happens. And where ARE those financials?
