No matter what, it's still OTC.

And as with almost all OTC tickers it's very difficult to predict/guess turning points and intermediate highs and lows.

Turns out $.1356 was at least an intermediate top and so far $.0490 is an intermediate bottom.

We all hope that $.049 will be a 52-week low (eventually) and that $.1356 will be an intermediate top that will soon be exceeded.

If the CEO comes through with more positive announcements there can be no doubt which way XCRT will go.
