Simple. First of all I haven't said there is obvious fraud going on. There are unusual issues that better turn out to have good explanation or even powerful mitigation such as Rett approval and/or AD accelerated approval. One way or another seeing an increased SP rather than a loss will put a stop to any issues.

Why are these professionals so content with sitting by the wayside when there is an obvious fraud in their portfolio?

They have a very small proportion of their overall investments allocated to high risk/high reward stock in an overall managed portfolio.

Very similar to what other experienced investors will do.

For now, Dr. Missling told us that he expects to have more data sometime in 2H '23. We will see if he delivers. I think he will.

Yeah everyone is waiting to see if he delivers and keeps his word. Nothing can be done if he does not (as we have seen a few times now). So much for making it a positive argument, without any bearing if it turns out to be otherwise. ( I agree that staying positive is the way to go - both for physical health and mental sanity)

What is more important is the QUALITY of the DATA. He needs to go a step further than just delivering data - he has to present meaningful data that is not open-ended or subject to misinterpretation. That is the key. Else how different is it going to be than the status quo?

What if he does not? (a possibility) - are you going to post a commentary either to castigate his approach or defend him - and does that even really matter? (just like every post from anyone who either defends or accuses Missling)

Anyone can come with arguments to defend any scenario. The reality is reflected in the pps.
