Thanks on the name it is a spin on a family name (German). I can not say I do not day trade but I do not intend to I buy and sell for a profit and a few times in the last 40 yearsI have bought and sold in the same day. Now as to penny stocks ( under 5 USD) I do it all the time and have done very well.
