Based on my Seasonality Chart, REITS are out of favor, assuming that the economy is in an Early Recovery Stage and the stock market is in a Bull Market Stage. Of course many will dispute this thesis.
But, being so bad, the REITS are also signaling some reversal signals, however faint and few those are.
