Royal Dude....why not read THE ACTUAL FILINGS to find data to support your suppositions?....never once have you posted information found in the POR 7, GSA, nor the chapter 11 closing documents... there is a TREASURE TROVE of information in the 2013 WMIH 10K, as well as the FAQ's as put out by the WMIL-T...even if you were to spot something unusual in your searches, they have no basis in Law, and must be adjudicated through opening the chapter 11 court again for Fraud.....this would take an attorney and a lot of money.....now, there is NO CONTRACT EXTANT UNLESS A PAYOR, AND A PAYEE NAMES ARE STATED ON A DOCUMENT WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE TRANSFERRED, AND PENALTIES ASSOCIATED WITH FAILURE TO DELIVER ON THE CONTENTS OF THE CONTRACT........nothing that you post has any reference to payments to classes 19,and 22, associated with the chapter 11 claims by these classes, and furthermore, there is no contract to give money , or stock outside the chapter 11 closing...Lodas
