It’s been that way since LL closed down domestic manufacturing. Anytime before the rental, LQMT could have expanded their equipment and manufacturing capacity and could have expanded production. That is what BB was trying to do but didn’t have all of the facts in place when they first opened up the new OH. I believe his miscalculations led to the shutdown, partnership and transfer of manufacturing.
