PROVING MY POINT, LOL

All public information (8K's, see below) that Moses manages the parent company DTII as CEO, President. No Scam implied by percentage of ownership between a parent and a subsidiary. Maybe one should look up parent/sub relationships and percentages of various public companies with subsidiaries. What a stretch of imagination thinking that a point is proved. LMAOROTF!!!!

Defense Technologies International Corp. has announced that Charles C. Hooper departed as a director of the company, effective June 30, 2023. Mr. Hooper was originally appointed to serve as a director on May 20, 2016. At the time of his departure, there were no disagreements between Mr. Hooper and the company on any matter relating to the company’s operations, policies or practices.
Merrill W. Moses remains as our sole director and serves as President and CEO of Defense Technologies International Corp. We intend to explore possible new candidates for our Board of Directors in the future.

On August 21, 2023, Defense Technologies International Corp. issued a press release announcing that the company’s subsidiary, Passive Security Scan, Inc. (“PSSI”), has named Eric Forrest as its President and Director. Mr. Forrest will also serve as National Sales Director of PSSI. Merrill Moses who has served as President of PSSI, has been appointed as its Vice-President.

But by all means continue to blast the board with poorly “researched” DTII misinformation. The SEC is watching for misinformation fraudsters and price manipulators. Especially on news release days.
