Why a question with no answer? I am very interested to the answer to that question that poster has listed as #8. I would love to hear the positive take on over $10,000,00 in loans that many convert to stock at maturity and how that is good for investors (DILUTION). Plus the fact that all those note/loans had to be extended due to NO money to pay those liabilities off the books. How is this a positive? RED FLAG
