That has already been answered. Pay attention. It did not become certain that TSOI's ongoing characterization of the P3 was false until early this year. It takes the SEC and other entities time to catch up such things. Why has the Restem trial run for years? We know they lied about P3 and we know that doing so in a PR is a SEC violation. So, now it is a waiting game.
