There will never be a SAGA deal - and SAGA is now delinquent for the 2023 Q1 and Q2.

They couldn't rise $12.5 Million to start the AEC deal but now a few think that SAGA is going to raise $450 Million to Acquire 2 empty shells.

The two patents owned by the Zhabilov Trust are worthless. ENZC doesn't have anything.

Whether ENZC remained as they was or move forward with the SAGA deal they have to PRODUCE some or more of the following:

ITV-1 success in Africa

Clinical trials

Partnerships

Licensing deals

Big money being made isn't predicated on the number of shares one own, it is dependent on ENZC producing results.

Looking at the previous press releases since the SAGA deal was announced, ENZC has been very upbeat about what is coming down the pike.

Talk is cheap.

We need to see results.
