I think we're making similar points regarding Musk. He's not unlike some mad Edison/Ford concoction.

He can be as big an a••hole as he wants. I will always be a fan of someone who backs up their words with actions.

You should actually look at what he says and accomplishes because you'll see some significant differences. Also, nobody should be "above the law" and he has been in many respects thus far. Last, anyone who thinks it's okay for anyone to be an a**hole, has some significant internal issues.
