#627833 RE: skitahoe #627829

The company is under no obligation to announce anything else on the matter of submitted or accepted. This PR reset everything previously conveyed by the co. As I previously said, this announcement was it. If nothing by 10-15, we should accept that it has indeed happened. In the end it provides a timeline but nothing of monetary value.

What if the next PR states that we are in active talks, or the final stages of entering into multiple partnership agreements with BP?

Yes, it was in the Q, but this blasts it out to the public like the last PR did. Spells it out and not masked…. This would be monetarily quantifiable or at least anticipated in that manner, which would move the stock.

Good point on the submission aspect of it. I’d like to then amend my last post and say I would be ecstatic and would be satisfied with nothing more or less than a PR stating acceptance of an MAA.
Again, maybe that’s why the 30-45 days of built in vagueness? Maybe they submit next week and, even if they don’t get an acceptance in 2 weeks, they’re giving themselves some wiggle room on acceptance??

They won't PR submittal? LOL. More stringing then along stuff right into 2024. Get those scripts ready. Can't make it up.

What cloud 9 planet are you on? They just PRd pre-submission.

Why on earth would they not PR submission? Because they would be scared of the RFI that is going to follow? That would be their only excuse for not PRing a submission. This company is desperate AF for any kind of win and credibility. Where have all those "NO PR to catch shorts off guard" OR the "ALL RAs via project orbis 27modules" BS calls gone. The long narratives change pretty quick.
