The best way to answer this to do due diligence. Not saying it is a long shot, it is a scam, they have an unsaleable product since 2016.

Look at the reverse splits, there were 5. Don't forget, the current price is after 3 major reverse splits 1 for 1500, 1 for 500 split and another for
1 for 500 split.

Capital Change=shs increased by 4 for 1 split. Pay date=09/21/2000.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 20 split. Pay date=08/07/2002.
Capital Change=shs increased by 3 for 1 split Ex-date=03/29/2005. Rec date=03/21/2005. Pay date=03/28/2005.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 500 split Pay date=05/02/2011.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 20 split Ex-date=04/04/2014.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 1500 split Ex-date=04/09/2018. Pay date=04/09/2018.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 500 split. Ex-date=06/28/2022. Pay date=06/28/2022.

They have hired 4-5 maybe 6 sales consultants over the years with no sales. Most are not with them anymore.No sales for years.

April 30,2023 they had $804 in cash, assets of 35k and liabilities of 2 million.

If DD diligence is done looking at all the news releases, all are not available any more, but i have them all including private emails for years from IR that answer me with the same statement.

Have to look deep to see they have all the characteristics of a scam IE;

Just a couple, there are more.

They say the same statements almost on every PR, but never produce anything.And,every time they release a meaningless PR right before they issues shares, so they can sell at a higher price, which is typical of a scam company.

The Pr's for years always imply they are on the brink of sales nationwide, and internationally. There have been none.
