DOESN'T MATTER WHAT THE REASON IS.

THE POINT IS THEY RELEASE A MEANINGLESS PR JUST BEFORE THE SHARES ARE ISSUED, SO THEY CAN SELL AT A HIGHER PRICE.TYPICAL OF A SCAM COMPANY!!!!

AS I SAID BEFORE:

Many SCAM penny stocks, particularly those that sell for fractions of a cent, are thinly traded. They release misleading positive statements using press releases to drive up interest in the stock.

DTII IS A SCAM!!

STILL NO SALES AND THERE WILL NEVER BE.

THIRDLY, THE CONVERSION IS DONE BECAUSE THE CREDITORS CANNOT BE PAID SO THEY ARE FORCED TO CONVERT.
AND SELL THE SHARES IMMEDIATELY ON THE OPEN MARKET.

THIS CANNOT LAST FOREVER. THEY HAVE NO SALES AND NEVER WILL SINCE THEY HAVE AN UNSALABLE PRODUCT.

NO ONE SHOULD AND NO ONE IS INVESTING IN THIS SCAM!!!

YOU CANNOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT IS STATED IN THEIR STATEMENTS SINCE BELOW ALSO WAS POINTED OUT IN THE FILING:

"A material weakness is a deficiency, or a combination of control deficiencies, in internal control over financial reporting such that there is a reasonable possibility that a material misstatement of the Company’s annual or interim financial statements will not be prevented or detected on a timely basis. "
