280e will not affect pre Artizen pvsp NOL but same will be reduced by any Zen profits which remain to be seen. Additionally, if the numerous social media posts were not backed up with ‘Safe Harbor’ re spin-off and audit then pvsp will be in real legal jeopardy!!
