Yes...sched 3 would drop 280e and allow banking but would then also mean pot becomes a prescription drug just like Tylenol w/codeine...sched 3 is not going to be a stroll in the park for MJ companies...sched 3 opens the door for big pharm to swoop in and save the day...just like they have planned all along! There will be money to make in the pot market short term...that's my opinion...some companies will jump all over the re-scheduling news for a good pump before everybody really gets how uncle sugar just phucked us again...
