I don't believe that the regulators are prevented from greatly expediting anything that they wish to. If, in fact, this is a rolling submission, and in fact, they have been reviewing parts of it for many months.

Of course, we don't know what they or any of the other regulators may already be holding. All we know is that in the UK, they approved the commercial production facility in Sawston many months ago. Elsewhere the commercial production is part of the overall approval process.

I thought the same, but August submission date was 8/28, their PR came out saying 30-45 days 8/29.

Someone did have a spidey sense about October for something big though, maybe ATL?

I know what you are thinking about a trap!; ). NWBO said they would PR a submission not a pre submission and the wording they used does not preclude something done earlier and “out of charachter”. A submission does not need to be an 8k event either based on what we have all seen on the actual rules. Acceptance of the submission gets headed more towards the 8k territory right?; ). Now wouldn’t that be quite the turn of events!; ). Best wishes.
