Management's actions of taking out toxic loans, failure to file, SEC problems, lack of growth, repeated failed false projections, massive dilution, etc. are what damaged the company!

For 20 YEARS, DBMM has promised greatness and NEVER DELIVERED!!

How can we tell?? Accumulated Deficit in the tens of millions from YEARS of non-profitability, and a share price LESS THAN A PENNY!

DBMM will most likely stay a sub penny losing company and it’s CEO a laughingstock.

The ONLY thing DBMM has done is to insure it’s able to sell its stock to penny players, so it can use them to survive.
