Summary - They knew the issue and purposefully = at first = took actions to avoid holding and adding and showing the GSE Debt. Gov was unfriendly but its actions fit some logic box

Summary

15 years and NWS and Court ruling - all put in jeopardy the GOV accounting that the debt is not theirs ---- but we do not own it

Hopefully that becomes a theme in the media - financial press - congress ------ No such thing as a 15 year hiatus conservatorship and GOV gets to say not enough capital to stand on its own --- but still no debt on GOV books?

Something smells
