1. Not enough " so called equity ownership" to have to show DEBT on GOVT Balance Sheet. Done on purpose - from git go

2. At same time - afterwards - actions like 15 years in jail and the total profit grab of the NWS are ownership surrogates or look alikes

Maybe - some one - some how - pushing the issue of how it is FALSE accounting given GOV actions of last say 10 years for the GOV to continue to not put the DEBT on the Balance Sheet ---- might WAKE SOME PEOPLE UP at TREASURY

Summary - They knew the issue and purposefully = at first = took actions to avoid holding and adding and showing the GSE Debt. Gov was unfriendly but its actions fit some logic box.

However - the amount of time that has passed since that Balancing Act ---- and the ugly actions since then ---- ARGUE that keeping the Treasury and GOV balance sheet clean of GSE debt in 2023 - is no longer fitting in that any logic OX !!
