Agree, the news should bring it above listing standard and they can always do the R/S afterwards if not. There will be a time to trade this and it will be right after the R/M announcement and the news hits the big wire. Seen this before, it will skyrocket and either drop like a rock shortly after or upon completion, or settle into a zone and slowly decline until operational.
