Also, Judd owned the wreck, not SFRX. If the unnamed Fisher wanted to deal on Juno, he would have gone to the owner of the wreck, not a partner on the project.

It remains very hard to believe anyone would be so gullible thinking that a huge (tons) of treasure are under teredo crust. No documented salvage of a Spanish Colonial period treasure wreck showed any such thing. A ship sinks and lists over to port or starboard side. The wooden hull is on the bottom. The ballast is inside the hull on top. The stacks and stacks of treasure are on top that. So based upon this nonsense theory the worm poop generated by the consumption of the hull wood winds up on top of all. How could anyone even begin to believe this.
