They were gullible enough to believe that……

the (ahem) treasure was 5 miles from the big ole ballast pile, so should anyone be surprised they would fall for the worm poop tale?

Also gullible enough to believe that if they found chests of Spanish coins at Melbourne, that Spain couldn’t prove those coins were theirs.

Some are even gullible enough to believe that, if need be, Spain will graciously agree to let SFRX salvage their wrecks and gladly give them a huge cut of the booty, even though their stated policy forbids it.

SFRX is some kind of special. That’s why they make all those in-house promo videos and tell everybody just how special they are.
