Waiting on the courts will not expedite anything. I’m willing to hold my shares for as long as it takes.

The CE is meaningless here in the big picture. It’s a bump in the road sure, and it’s been stressful for us who are on the outside looking in.

Anyone who says the lawsuit is the reason for the CE is only speculating. Same can be said for any reason someone gives. I believe that management has our best interest at heart.

IMO The lawsuit is NOT the reason for the CE, this is evidenced by the fact that we were approved initially by the OTC When change of control happened, and continued to trade for months while it was ongoing.The OTC cannot make an assumption of guilt as a reason to hold CE in an ongoing case. That would be illegal.
