Okay so say it drags on for 2 years, considering my question was, how is waiting for the legal process going to expedite the removal of the CE?

That's my question. Are you willing to hold your shares assuming you have shares, 2 years?

Just tell me how waiting on the courts, to pass judgment, going to expedite my recouping my investment here????
