LOL, does it really matter WHO announced the 'SYNERGY DEAL'? It WAS announced by someone in position of authority and had to be cleared by the self appointed family CEO. If not, and she had no idea that it was to be announced, then she is really lacking in her duties more than I thought. NIt picking on such trivial importance of WHO announced this, is what keeps me coming back here for this entertainment. It seems like the 'pie in the sky' group with the blinders on, will never see the laughable state this company and management is in. But please concentrate on those trivial points and let's ignore the real issues of the financials and the fact that sales over the years have been decreasing and this company and management has NEVER, in twenty years, shown a profit.
