I agree. Henry's credibility is close to zero. He has been at the helm of PHIL for over 30 years always claiming to work toward the long term favorable benefit of the stockholders. In all these years, the stock price could never hold on to a penny a share. So how can one not believe that this is a mere scam. I changed my mind here. I wouldn't touch this except for $0.0001 a share.
