You are missing the point, THE POINT is
WHY did we get paid ANYTHING IN FRONT OF BOND HOLDERS, that escapes ALL LOGIC as to why people hold bonds, they are always paid BEFORE anyone else and especially a subordinate class such as EQUITY.
Why were they not given OUR positions that we got in WMIH in lieu of being paid on their bonds, if that is all that is really there?????????????? AND NOT A WORD FROM THEM attempting to fight that decision, NOT ONE WORD
It really goes outside of all precedence in BK cases
