I really am trying to help others from getting scammed. It appears you either are: a) a pumper for company or b) really and truly believe the spew...and that's why im concerned at the lack of education on some 'investors' part. Alpine has been expelled by FINRA... Right now, it's on appeal...long shot at best to win. do you really and truly think: a) Another company would set up a prime broker account for them? or b) DTC would allow them to be short 30 million shares? now let's switch gears to this 'lawsuit"... are you sure it's going forward with Credit Suisse? once a week for almost a year Ham posts the same Alps /DTC case yet nobody has access to the Credit Suisse and Citadel answers? Come on... again... you either are a pumper or Bernie Madoff's dream client
