YES, art only special/certain potential shareholders were offered that FANTASTIC DEAL 8% interest & & & at a maturity date COULD RECEIVE BIEL shares 50% off - - - is really the reason only a few can't lose......If Biel shares drop 50% in value the (person who was the lender can't lose)
This SMELLS to high heaven - WAS/IS this legal to allow some in on the 50% deal? Many of us shareholders would have jumped at that deal if given a chance as many of us shareholders put many thousands of dollars into RETAIL purchases of BIOELECTRONICS STOCK
Sometimes things are just not FAIR!!!!!
