Most likely there are parts of ALL OF THE previous plans pieces involved in the final ""AMENDED PLAN 7A"""

But BOBVIOULSY Plan 7A is the final plan WHICH WILL IMHO BE ADHERED TO IN IT'S ENTIRETY..

Just like any agreement or legal contract,, THE FINAL DRAFT WHICH ALL PARTIES AGREE TO IS THE FINAL AND BINDING CONTRACT
