You're quoting garbage from Bard and garbage from dopes that treat the Bard garbage as close to truth? If it was a large company that initiation fee is disappointing. "The first order was small"? This is not a single "order" deal. It is supposedly multi-year, with minimum units (yearly?) to be sold. It's a marriage.
