They didn't provide "start-up capital". That is a ridiculous formulation. Advent was contracted to perform particular tasks at NWBO's factory facility and to serve in certain roles and they were paid a fair rate for that work. And they do have specific requirements that they agreed to with the SEC when this was raised before with Cognate, that ensure that this is properly managed. If this were a real issue, you are free to bring suit and make whatever real claims you think exist. The reality is, that would have happened long ago given the short collaborations with attorneys.
