AZC is right on the 75/25... it pertained only to the split of the new shares given for the new company.... the Litigating Trust did NOT PURSUE IN COURT CLAIMS FOR PREFERRED AND COMMON ASSETS THAT WERE TAKEN FROM WMI.... says right there i the documents that were posted many times....
