It's the same product, per Dr. Liau. Exwannabe to make up narratives that contradict Dr. Linda Liau, but his fabrications will be given no weight.

Still the same old futile nonsense about ATL DC. Running out of substance since the time of the publication of the JAMA article. The replies show that nobody is fooled by the fudster's nonsense.

It’s neither relevant nor material. They own the commercial rights to the vaccine they have sponsored along the way and make DCVax-L which is ATL-DC commercially.

All of that data will be used to make the drug better and available. Dr. Liau developed the drug with the company under contract, the intellectual property and all of the development ultimately belong to NWBO to commercialize, including the patents.

The ridiculousness of that is like saying when a hospital does a trial using pembrolizumab, and Merck doesn’t sponsor, and by the way, it’s not the sponsor of the combination trial either, that it somehow loses the rights to market Keytruda to those patients. It doesn’t.

It’s a stupid argument that Adam Feuerstein tried to make fly with bogus emails with a random, ill informed lady who at the time worked for a competitor org that had previously tried to claim ownership of DCVax, but lost. The guy clearly could not get the story past his editor because it was based on bogus information passed off as if it was determinative or meaningful. It was meant only for short support and deceit of retail investors. The guy’s only defense would be complete and utter incompetence in that context and he certainly knew better.
