Don't lie now Janice. It CAN be traded in the US...but only sold. Don't forget that little nugget of information. US brokers have only prohibited their clients from buying these stocks, but are more than happy to facilitate their sale. Also don't forget that there is no legal reason compelling US brokers from prohibiting their clients from buying these stocks. They have unilaterally and collectively decided to do this on their own as a policy option.
