Pick... thanks for the support....seems like the messenger of bad, or unwanted news always get "sacked".... we saw it yesterday with the death of Prigoshin, who was telling the Ruskies and Putin about the failed war in Eukraine...even in Rome, the Emperor would have the messenger killed when he brought back bad news...so it is the same here.... I am being vilified and hated for news that I post about OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS AS FILED BY THOSE IN CHARGE OF THIS WHOLE AFFAIR.....then, when I ask for a honest discussion about them, I get disrespected....now, I get that there is "an old boys club" on this message board, and not included in it... so be it... now, if the "high Priest AZC has proprietary information not extant in corporate filings, then I cannot know about this stuff... I only write about what the official filings state...IMO, there will be no post chapter 11 recovery for Preferred, or common equity as stated by official documents... that is what I read, and interpreted from the filings....if the company intends to make additional recovery, they have not indicated this in any filings...we already got an E-mail from Doreen Logan, via a query by Civil War General, that all payments to equity were stopped and impaired at the closing of the chapter 11... so, why am I being disrespected on this message board?....I told the TRUTH as I read it... if anyone can refute me, I will gladly stand down from posting....Lodas
