The Company has not found IR to be useful for over 10 years. When they had it, it was disclosed. When terminated likewise.

You are either lying your waddling ass off, or you are clueless! This board documents Peter Wo as being the IR guy for DBMM from 2016-2018... at least! Show me where the company disclosed this?

Firstly, any aged debt is contractual and they will continue to convert as this debt is OVER 2 years old. Hang tight, the debt is being eliminated and not being replaced.

Second: it is absurd to suggest when revenues are up and expenses down and have been quarter on quarter, Reggie's salary be suspended. Reggie already accrues around 30%. Linda accrues and/or has done contributions to (company) capital. The ship is fine, it's the crazy trading patterns which sell on every uptick then push back down to buy cheap shares that keeps the price down. Market cap is grossly undervalued.

The filings are late because DBMM is locking in mezzanine financing in a non-equity deal so Company will elevate its financing to continue growth. Worth the wait.

Question: if is institutional investor why not buy up float at triple zero prices?

DBMM is a growing company and the fundamentals show it.
