Not sure what is your point regarding the financial statement.
It is quite simple:
- Activities does not generate enough income to pay the costs at the moment;
- The Company finances/financed the operating loss through capital raise, debts, loans, convertibles in the past.
As per last FS:
- the accumulated deficit is 17.1M USD
- The Company has not assets : 45K (cash and receivable mainly)

In other terms, it is dependant of capital raise or loans (any form) to keep going UNTIL its business increases.

As they are confident that they will be able to get clients from now on, let's wait next quarter data to see if this is the case.
Otherwise, they will have to address the cash flow issue again with more "cash flow financing".. said otherwise : cash infusion by issuing shares or increasing debt

You couldn’t say any of this crap on the proper exchanges.

BULL! Crappy performance by a company is CRAPPY PERFORMANCE - whether it's as a " OTC pink" or whether it's on the NYSE or NASDAQ. Any company on THOSE exchanges that is performing like DBMM is would also get TRASHED as well.

Face it. DBMM is a terrible company that cannot make enough money to survive without outside financing. DBMM is NOT a "start up" anymore. It should be established and supporting itself after 20 YEARS of operation. And don't start with the "digital" crap either. That's simply another smoke screen you are using to account for bad performance.

Net LOSS is NOT just a "point in time" yard stick. It is indicative of how the company is PRESENTLY performing. DBMM has almost ALL NET LOSSES in every financial SINCE INCEPTION! The few that do not show net losses are the result of accounting slight-of-hand - the finagling of numbers to show a profit when in actuality, the business operations DID NOT HAVE ONE. And by the way - before you come out and say I'm "lying"? There isn't ONE lie in the whole post. ANYONE can go into the filings and verify what I AM SAYING.

DBMM is SUCH a dishonest company that it's a wonder that ANYONE would actually invest hard earned money in it.
