1. This is the case that found there was a breach ! right? Berkley?
2. I thought F and F v Treasury/FHFA had to pay us ----- What is the right answer? As this shows it as FHFA

3. Summary question - I missed about 100 posts - sorry - So per this defendant ---- it was FHFA as the agency (not F and F as the companies that issued the original stock) that was found to breach THE CONTRACT ? I prefer it be FHFA ? But how do they breach a contract they never entered (the original contracts that come with the issuance of equity - be it be JPS or Common - FMCC or FNMA?

do shareholders also get compounded quarterly interest on dividends held since the fake conservatorship? that would be something if you calculate for last 15 years.
