Well, thanks for the kind words. I see you are already getting caught up in the static. Yes, there isn’t good reason to argue with the trolls. One who only paints with the color black, another who shouts out everything but doesn’t understand what he wrote. It’s always a standard practice to start with name calling followed by defect and pivot when they get caught up in the BS. As this is a minor issue I’ll just cut to the chase. The form 4 in question can be viewed in several ways, however only one is reality. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1750155/000175015523000056/xslF345X05/wf-form4_169202942362968.xml

“Disposition refers to the act of selling an asset or security or otherwise disposing. Mostly, disposition would mean to sell out an open market stock investment, such as a stock exchange. Certain forms of schemes could include donations to charities or trusts.“
“Occasionally Form 4 information is inaccurate. For instance, transaction codes are sometimes wrong. Buys marked as sells, option conversions marked as buys, etc.
Sometimes transaction dates are old. Likely because the insider omitted to file weeks or months ago.
Often transactions that appear significant are actually non-events. For instance, a fund may trigger a Form 4 filing by moving positions from one sub-fund to another. But no new money is actually invested, so for a Form 4 analyst its a non-event. No one has added any skin to the game.
The SEC’s Edgar website or services like WhaleWisdom.com are good places to view Form 4 filings. Below is a Form 4 filed by Bill Stiritz of Post Holdings. I discussed this transaction previously.”
