I see your confused as usual. In regards to Table I - Non-Derivative Securities Acquired, Disposed of, or Beneficially Owned. You will see “A” which means Acquired.
THOSE WERE COMMON STOCK SHARES as listed . It also clearly states Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned Following Reported Transaction(s) (Instr. 3 and 4).
However you are looking at only Table II - Derivative Securities Acquired, Disposed of, or Beneficially Owned.
Those are Restricted Stock Units.
I guessing you don’t understand what he did here, and that fine, I only post this to help you from posting the same mistake your making over and over again.
